Sean Baumann

Sales Associate

Description

Sean’s love for Real Estate dates back to his childhood. His favorite pastime was going to open houses and doing his best to convince his parents they should move. Immediately after High School Graduation, Sean immersed himself in the real estate industry. His relentless work ethic and savvy people skills landed him a job in new home construction with McArthur Homes, where he worked for several years. Driven by a hunger for learning all sides of the business, Sean took an opportunity as the Director of Operations/Lead Generation for The Utah Life Real Estate Group. Sean played a pivotal role in developing a streamlined recruiting process and spent much of his time setting up new agents for success. In that setting, he was lead to find his true passion: full-time residential real estate. Sean is a Utah native and thoroughly enjoys all that this beautiful state has to offer. He loves new experiences and prides himself on being “in-the-know” of Salt Lake’s hottest restaurants and activities. His clients appreciate his straight-forward attitude mixed with an endearing personality. “He made me feel like his best friend and was an expert negotiator on my behalf”. Summit Sotheby’s International Realty has been the perfect complement to his array of talents and expertise. Sean’s love for people and building lifelong relationships is the driving force behind his ever-successful career. He and his husband, Jake Taylor, are known as the Realtor Hubbies. They are passionate about serving the LGBTQ+ community and have partnered with The Utah Pride Center to donate a portion of their referral proceeds. When Sean isn’t working hard for his clients, he enjoys spending time in the outdoors with Jake and their two dogs.
